What Should You Tell Your Doctor Before Taking Vesicare?

Before you start taking Vesicare, be sure to tell your doctor if you:
  • Have stomach problems affecting passage and digestion of food
  • Have severe constipation
  • Have glaucoma (increased intraocular pressure)
  • Have difficulty urinating or weak urine stream
  • Have any heart disease
  • Have a rare heart problem called QT/QTc prolongation or family history of QT/QTc prolongation
  • Have kidney or liver disease
  • Have reduced ability to sweat
