HOW TO ORDER

Order Online

1. Search for medication(s) you would like to buy and click on “add to cart”.
2. Once the product has been added to your shopping cart, you may sign-up as a New Customer, or you can login as an Existing Customer.
3. Click on “Submit Order”.
4. Print the prescription order form if you have ordered a prescription item.
5. For prescription orders, please provide the prescription with the following options:
   • Ask your Doctor to fax us the prescription (604-581-4187).
   • Or, please email Customerservice@CanadaWidePharmacy.com or fax (604-581-4187) us a copy of your prescription and we shall contact your doctor’s office to verify the prescription.
   • Or, please provide us with copy of your pharmacy label with refills and we shall contact your current pharmacy provider to verify and transfer the prescription.
   • Or, mail us your original prescription.
